Ōkeanós Jewellery offers waterproof, tarnish-resistant jewellery inspired by the ocean and designed for everyday wear.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. As our jewellery may be photographed under different lighting conditions, slight variations in colour, appearance and finish may occur. Product measurements are approximate.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:
- Payment cannot be processed
- Products are unavailable
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Pricing errors occur
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, natural disasters, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the shipping address supplied.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and branding remains the property of Ōkeanós Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ōkeanós Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, launches or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned parcels.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation through the shipping provider.
Returns & Replacements Policy
Change of Mind
We offer a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify: Item must be unworn, in original condition, and original packaging may be required. Replacement approval is at our discretion. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details. Customers may be entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Policy
6 Month Manufacturing Warranty
All Ōkeanós Jewellery products include a six-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers broken clasps due to manufacturing faults, faulty connections, and defective workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, loss or theft, or damage caused by chemicals.
Lifetime Colour Warranty
At Ōkeanós Jewellery, we stand behind the quality of our gold plating and craftsmanship. Our Lifetime Colour Warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers significant colour fading or tarnishing that occurs during normal wear and use.
What "Lifetime" Means
For the purpose of this warranty, "lifetime" means the reasonable lifetime of the product while owned by the original purchaser and used as intended. This warranty does not guarantee that the product will remain unchanged indefinitely under all circumstances.
What Is Covered
This warranty may cover significant fading of gold plating during normal wear, unusual tarnishing inconsistent with normal product performance, and manufacturing-related finish defects.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover scratches or surface wear, accidental damage, lost or stolen items, bending, stretching or breakage caused by misuse, exposure to bleach, cleaning agents, chemicals or abrasive materials, or damage resulting from improper storage or care.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue. All warranty claims are assessed by Ōkeanós Jewellery on a case-by-case basis.
Where a valid claim is approved, we may, at our discretion: Replace the item; Replace the affected component; or Provide a store credit of equivalent value if the item is no longer available. This warranty operates in addition to any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Product Care Disclaimer
Our Jewellery
Our jewellery is crafted from premium 304 and/or 316L stainless steel (depending on the design) and 18K Gold Plating. Many pieces are designed to be waterproof, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic.
To maximise longevity we recommend: Avoiding harsh chemicals, removing jewellery during heavy exercise, removing jewellery before sleeping, cleaning with a soft cloth, and storing in a cool, dry place.
Individual reactions, skin chemistry and environmental factors may affect product lifespan. While our jewellery is designed for everyday wear, no plated jewellery can be guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely under all conditions.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
What You Are Entitled To
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
