Approved returns will be credited with Store credit or a replacement of the item. Items must be in the same, unused condition as received, with all original packaging. We will not be responsible for any return shipping fees. Okeanos Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Only Founders and CEO of Okeanos Jewellery have rights to our Content, designs and products. Okeanos Jewellery Co. have fair dealings with other businesses and can expect customers to be treated fairly. Key responsibilities include not making false or misleading claims and complying with import/export allowances and declarations for jewellery.
